Were a person from ancient times to suddenly be confronted with the wonders of this era's scientific advances, most of it would seem almost magical. Even so, there are many alternative medical therapies used today that would be very identifiable to people in earlier times. For instance, distance energy healing is a practice that Eastern cultures have employed throughout their long and storied histories.

At its core, the idea that people can be healed over great distances has at its foundation the simple understanding that everything is interconnected. Every particle of existence has the ability to communicate with other particles over vast distances of time and space. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, various researchers confirmed this basic concept.

Since everything is interconnected, when one person sends energy to another to heal them, the transfer does not technically deliver that force from one place to another, but simply makes use of the connections that bind us all together. Once you understand how these connections work, the process of sending these energies begins to make a lot more sense.

For those who want to provide their energies to another person, there are several options available. The most common is to consciously focus on releasing one's own personal energies, while concentrating on delivering the needed healing power to the target recipient. This can yield positive effects on the inner health of the person receiving the energy, just as medical care positively impacts the physical body.

The impact of this transfer of energies can manifest in many different ways. There are times when anxious targets can be soothed and calmed by the receipt of these forces. In other instances, those whose own energies are out of balance can find new alignment of energies. Other people will simply enjoy the revitalizing effects that this influx of energies offers, which can help to increase recovery from emotional, mental, and even physical injuries.

Obviously, this process requires confidence on the part of the sender as he transfers these energies. In like manner, the recipient has to receive the energies as well. Where neither takes the process seriously, the effects will not be realized.

Despite medical advancements in caring for physical injuries and illnesses, there remains little that the medical community can do for non-physical ailments. To address those internal issues, this type of system for transferring inner energies remains as powerful today as it was in ancient times.
