Just for kicks, we ordered this guy's special set of secret exercises. What a joke these exercises were. They were nothing more than a mix of elementary school exercises with a few wrestling stretches in between. Attempting to do some of these "special" exercises in the wrong condition can make you much worse. This is especially if you have a herniated or bulging disc. It could leave you crippled on the floor. And that's the problem with most people selling or advising exercises as a cure for back pain. They think all back pain is caused by weak or tight muscles. This is not the case in all situations.
This may be PART of the major problem. If you have a herniated or bulging disc, this is not where you should start. Take the following as an example. If the front end of your automobile goes out of alignment, what do you think happens to the tires on your car? They wear out unevenly of course. So what do you do to correct this issue?
